Bob Taylor of BenchMark of Torrington addressed the council on the high nitrate level of the town well at

Third Street
and
Freimuth Avenue

PC Elwood advised the parking of recreational vehicles on residential streets is now over for the summer season and owners will have to make other parking arrangements.  A notice will be placed in the newspaper to this effect.
