The Regular Meeting of the Lingle Town Council convened at , December 5, 2007 with Mayor Walter leading the pledge of allegiance.Upon roll call, the following were present, constituting a quorum:Mayor Russell Walter and Council Members Dawn Gilchriest, Al Unverzagt and Joe Welte.Absent:Della Watson.There were also present:CT David Kendall, TS Mike Flock, PO Matt Berry, EMC/PM Shelly Kirchhefer, FC Joe Wells and TA Greg Knudsen.CM Unverzagt moved to approve the agenda as presented.CM Gilchriest input the second and the motion carried unanimously.CM Gilchriest moved to accept the minutes of the 7 November regular council meeting as published.CM Welte offered the second and the measure passed without dissent.CM Gilchriest advised the bills for November appeared to be in order and moved payment for $94,855.64.CM Welte voiced the second and the motion gained approval on a 4-0 vote.The council by consensus gave CT Kendall approval to cast the town’s ballot for the Local Government Liability Pool election on their behalf.The council agreed by consensus to participate in the countywide study for possible abatement of railroad noise with quiet crossings.The town will spend $500 in this effort.The meeting recessed at to go into executive session to discuss personnel issues.The meeting reconvened at CM Welte moved to approve Christmas bonuses for employees as discussed in the executive session.CM Gilchriest supplied the second and the motion passed unanimously.Mayor Walter adjourned the meeting at
