The Regular Meeting of the Lingle Town Council convened at 7:30 p.m., October 3, 2007 with Mayor Walter leading the pledge of allegiance. Upon roll call, the following were present, constituting a quorum:

            CM Gilchriest moved to accept the agenda as presented. CM Unverzagt voiced a second and the motion carried without dissent.
CM Welte moved to approve the minutes of the 19 September regular council meeting as distributed. CM Gilchriest entered the second and the measure passed unanimously.
CM Welte reported the bills to be in order and moved to pay them in the amount of $97,489.53. CM Gilchriest supplied a second and the motion carried 4-0.
ATS Haeffelin reported that Terracon needed no more lagoon tests and that Cencon is installing new telephone cable in Lingle. 
PC Elwood gave an oral activity report of 127 incidents for the month of September.
FC Wells reported the LVFD responded to seven ambulance and seven fire calls during the month of September.
DCT Coyle informed the council of the purchase of a used refrigerator for the Legion, the work session date and time with WMPA, and clean up week schedule will be 13 October through 25 October.
